Kentucky and Connecticut won regional finals on Sunday and advanced to next weekend’s Final Four in North Texas. Here’s a recap of the day’s games:

Midwest Region

(8) Kentucky 75, (2) Michigan 72

Aaron Harrison made a 3-point shot with less than three seconds to play, and Kentucky beat Michigan, 75-72, to win the 2014 NCAA tournament’s Midwest Region final in Indianapolis on Sunday. The eighth-seeded Wildcats (28-10) advanced to the 2014 Final Four where they will face Wisconsin in North Texas next Saturday.

The second-seeded Wolverines had tied the game at 72 on Jordan Morgan’s layup with 27 seconds remaining before Harrison’s final shot sent them home for the season. It was the third jumper Harrison made from behind the arc in the final five minutes of the game while helping push Kentucky to the victory.

Michigan led by 10 points early in the first half, but the Wildcats cranked up their attack and tied the game, 37-37, on Julius Randle’s jumper just before halftime.

Randle had 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead Kentucky. Nik Stauskas had 24 points for the Wolverines (28-9).
