A Whole Lot Of Montana History

There's a ton of Montana history in the book that we're currently reading & enjoying Tuesday evenings up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby. Jack Toole, Jeannette Rankin, the Conrad Presbyterian Church, Butte & Browning, Montana too! It seems like everyone & everything is mentioned in this book except Dale Sheldon & who knows...we still have a couple of more chapters to go! They're all in the biography of Daniel & Panayiota McCorkle, "To Speak Of Love Was Not Enough." Daniel McCorkle was 50 years old when he, Panayiota, & the 2 boys came to Conrad. This was to be their last move in his struggle to serve God & his fellowmen as his conscience directed him. The Call to the Conrad Presbyterian Church was signed by A.M. Johnson, Donald Graham & Arthur Bowman. We'll delve into chapter IV this evening (Tuesday) at 6 o'clock SHARP up at the Heritage Center during Montana History at the Heritage.
