Could this be the next great fitness craze?

Former Stanford swimmer Eirik Ravnan got tired of the same ol' breast stroke and butterfyl, so he decided to mix things up by jumping in the water and swimming backward.

Ravnan isn't just showing off, either. He claims it's for "agility training" and it certainly looks like it could do wonders for that. But, yeah, he's showing off, too, because it's pretty amazing he's able to do this and much more impressive than that cannonball you like to do when you go in the pool.
