Burglars Rob Charity, Feel Bad and Leave Apology Letter

There’s a fine line between being a bad guy and being a good guy.

Some bandits stole computers and other merchandise from the San Bernardino County Sexual Assault Services in California late last month before returning to give the items back, along with a note of apology, which you can read below:

Candy Stallings

Candy Stallings, who heads up the charity group, said after the robbery, she heard a policeman tell some homeless people what her organization did. Fast forward three hours later: Stallings received a phone call that the outlaws had come back to return what they took.

The charity will still have to pay about $1,000 to fix damage caused by the break-in, but who knows — maybe the burglars will come back with a check.
