Cinco De Mayor

Celebrating the Mayor's birthday a week early this year. Tonight at the Shelby Elk's Club we'll be dancing, singing and winning prizes. Tickets are just $25 and include a taco bar and help to make Shelby more beautiful with the flowers all over town.
