,He's Gildford, Montana writer/author Russell B. Crites & we're all enjoying Russell's tome, "The Long____Awakening", Tuesday nights during Montana History up at the Marias Heritage Center. I'll report there tonight (Tuesday) at 6 o'clock SHARP to continue on with this Montana tale of woe & despair..& .not necessarily in that order. It's one great read & Ray Frost, the main character, seems to be getting on reasonably well with his mail order bride & broken down homestead. Imagine Sanford & Son's junkyard set back in the 1920's, & you get the idea of what Ray's humble homestead place must have looked like. Ray Frost may not be a hero in my eyes, but Russell B. Crites is because sometimes he's signs his correspondence with "Rock On." Rock on yourself Russell, I love the book! See you tonight for Montana History at the Heritage.
