It's Easter week and there are some wonderful family friendly activities going on here in the Golden Triangle. There's a Seder Dinner this Thursday evening at the Shelby Methodist Church beginning at 6PM. I understand that lamb will be served and that is always tasty. This Friday, there will be Good Friday services at the 1st Baptist Church beginning at noon with punch and cookies to follow. Friday evening, the Shelby Fireman are putting on another one of their infamous fish fries at the Shelby Elks. It starts at 5 and continues until all the fish are gone! Adults are $8.00 and the "young fries" under 12 get to eat FREE! Speaking of fish fries, Friday evening, the Pondera Medical Center fish fry benefit dinner will be cooking down at the Conrad Moose Lodge with proceeds going to purchase a body-solid pro leg press machine. Stop the presses! On Saturday, there will be an Easter egg hunt over in Cut Bank in the Cut Bank City Park and court house for ages zero to 10 commencing at 10 in the morning on Saturday. As for those fun Easter egg hunts, there's one here in Shelby also on Saturday at the 1st Baptist Church Activity Center from 10:30 to 1PM plus a hot dog cookout as well. When I think about Easter eggs, I'd be interested in hearing what is your favorite Easter egg color? Mine is purple. I'd like to hear from you. Happy Easter!
