The Pondera Regional Port Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 29th at 5:30 p.m., in the Courtroom at the Pondera County Courthouse, for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the community development needs and priorities of the Pondera County area for economic development, housing and community revitalization, and public facilities, and particularly as those needs affect low and moderate income persons. The Port Authority, on behalf of Pondera County, Conrad, and Valier, wishes to obtain public comment on the needs of the community. The Port Authority, City and County will discuss the purpose of the Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs and the variety of activities eligible for funding. At the public hearing, everyone will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the needs of the area and the type of projects that should be considered. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before 4:30 p.m.,Thursday, March 29th.
