Getting to the root of things
I’m going to be talking with Jenny Ross this afternoon (Wednesday) at 4:35, Jenny’s the author of “RAW BASICs :Incorporating Raw Living Foods into Your Diet Using Easy and Delicious Recipes”. I certainly hope the recipes are easier to remember than the title of this danged book. If they’re not, we’re ALL going to starve! I’ve heard about this raw food deal before and it apparently has been a craze with many subscribing to the “raw food” beliefs. Raw foods are essentially fresh living fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains, that are artfully prepared–not just carrot sticks and celery. Raw food can also be a delicious spread of pizzas, pastas, pies, cakes, and more, made from Mother Nature’s gifts. Give me a burger and a beer but I will be anxious to hear more about this “raw food craze” this afternoon. And if it really is a “craze”, count me in. I’m always looking to jump on some kind of band wagon.
