Happy National Chili Day!
I am not the world's greatest cook by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love to take part in the Lewis & Clark Festival Chili Cook-Off each year. Two blue ribbons hang proudly over my desk, but I'm not braggin'. I'm also not sharing my super-secret recipe for "Anne James' Mighty Fine Chili."
(BTW, that's not it in the photo, but that sure looks good!)
