Happy National Prime Rib Day!

Like National Pretzel Day earlier this week, I haven't a clue where National Prime Rib Day came from, but hey, it's prime rib, and who doesn't love that?

I used to think Lois Norris' 24-hour prime rib was the best I'd ever tasted, but a few friends and I celebrated New Year's Day with dinner at the Sports Club here in Shelby, and I do believe Matt's prime rib has edged Lois out of the top spot on my list.

This being cattle country, of course, there are a number of restaurants that serve up a tasty prime rib...feel free to recommend your favorite in a comment below!
