HEART HEALTH at Conrad Senior Center February 21st

PMC’s Edie Ellsworth, Family Nurse Practitioner and Jenny Broesder, Registered Nurse & Cardiac Rehab Manger will be presenting information on heart health to the public on Wednesday February 21^st from about noon to one. It will take place at the Senior Center in Conrad and will cover topics like recognizing heart attack symptoms, risk for heart disease and/or stroke, understanding cholesterol and blood pressure numbers, and how to improve blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, and other risk factors.  All are welcome to attend.
