I thoroughly enjoy reading, even if I don't know and/or can't pronounce all the words! I'll be reading the saga of America's circus dynasty in Montana, tonight (Tuesday), up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby. The book we're currently reading "Three Ringlings In Montana; Circus Trains to Cattle Ranches" by author & historian Lee Rostad is not only FUN, but it's truly Montana History at it's best! We're almost halfway done & still having fun reading & hearing "The-story-behind-the-story" of Ringling, Montana. In Ringling these days, the railroad no longer runs through the town, the bank is gone, the hardware story & livery are gone. A closed church & school remain, along with a number of houses. Only the bar/restaurant & the post office remain so I guess it can't be all that bad. They still have their trucks & roofs over their heads...just not as many! See you tonight at 6 o'clock SHARP for more Montana History at the Marias Heritage Center.
