I Said That I Would And I Am

I blogged yesterday that I would look into the total moisture content for last year out in the Knees area & here it is!: The 2013 moisture for the year by monthly totals comes in as .41 with 8 inches of snow for January. February saw .03 with a trace of snow. I'm not sure if March came in like a lion or a lamb, but the moisture was .13 with .6 inches of snow. April recorded .97 precipitation with a whopping 6.2 inches of snow. May had 2.41 moisture but only a trace of snow. June tallied 3.14 precipitation, July 1.03, August 1.64, September (my BIRTHDAY month) had eights (!)....88. The snow returned in October with 5.2 inches & .66 moisture. November showed .42 with 4.8 inches of snow while the month of December totaled .54 with 13.9 inches of snow. TOTAL moisture for the year was 12.16 (a tad bigger than a 12 inch Subway sandwich) with 13.9 inches of snow.
