I’m Havin’ What Flavin’s Havin’

Beloved Boston Red Sox insider Dick Flavin must have had a ton of fun when he put together his collection of 64 humorous & nostalgic poems celebrating the Boston Red Sox in his book, “Red Sox Rhymes; Verses and Curses,” & I’ve got another copy of the book to give away tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 7:30 on Puffman Sports Trivia! The “Fearless” Flavin is a true Red Sox insider…he’s been privileged to watch history in the making, from the team’s 2005 World Series victgory that finally broke its nearly century long “curse” to road-tripping with Dom DiMaggio & Johnny Pesky, to witnessing Ted Williams final appearance at the plate. I’ve done some “Sports research,” & come up with a Saturday morning sports trivia question on a very unique major league pitcher, & the Red Sox book goes to the 1st caller tomorrow morning with the correct answer to my Puffman Sports Trivia question. Listen to WIN & be sure & check out this book from HarperCollins Publishers, it’s a “Winner” for sure!
