Lots of excitement building around here for the Four County Marias Fair and there will be lots to see and do in Shelby starting on Thursday.

The carnival opens mid-afternoon on Thursday. Pay One Price tickets are available until 4pm on Thursday at Stockman Bank in Conrad and Cut Bank, Hi Line Hardware in Chester, Devoe's in Valier and Fieldstone Gallery in Shelby

  • 11am Pet and Doll Parade on Main Street
  • 7pm 3rd annual pig wrestling - Fair Grounds

Friday

  • Mutton Busting 6:30pm
  • PRCA Rodeo starts at 7pm after opening ceremonies with Miss Rodeo Montana, Hanna Heckman
  • Eric Dodge will perform after the Rodeo

Saturday

  • 9am - Rodeo Slack at Fairgrounds
  • 11am - Parade on Main Street Shelby
  • 3pm - 4H Livestock Sale
  • Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night at the rodeo
  • Mutton Busting 6:30pm
  • PRCA Rodeo starts at 7pm
  • Trick Riders will be performing during the rodeo
  • 9pm - Two Way Crossing will perform

Sunday

  • Demolition Derby starts at 7pm
  • Fireworks Show after the Derby or at dusk
