It’s Not TOO Windy

It may be too windy to drive over to Glacier these days, but it’s NOT too windy to drive up to the Marias Heritage Center this evening to read about Glacier! I’ll be there at 6 tonight to read more “Montana History” as we continue reading our great Glacier Park book, “Glacier-From the Inside Out” (Best stories from The Inside Trail) edited by Ray Djuff & Chris Morrison. Actually my “real name” WAS Djuff…I changed it to Puff because it was easier to say on the air & I can say “Puffman” a lot!  We’re about 2/3 this great collection of 1st person accounts covering a century of park history as told by those who know glorious Glacier best, the insiders. They tell of coming-of-age experiences in a mountain paradise, of characters past & present, & of lessons learned to last a life time. This, in my opinion, has been one of the “funnest” books we’ve ever read up at the Heritage Center. Check it out at It’s from The Glacier Park Foundation. See you tonight (Tuesday) at 6 for more “Montana History” at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby.
