Knocking At The Knees

The Precipitation Report from the Knees for the month of December has been officially released & the total precip for last month (December) was .75. A "trace" of snow was recorded on December 5th, 6th, 7th, 20th, 30th, & the 31st. December 14th showed .04 while December 25th recorded .36, & the reading on the 29th was .20. The "unofficial high" for the month of December was a balmy 61 degrees on Saturday, December 13th. How cold did it get out at the Knees?...unofficially a negative 20 last Tuesday, the 20th of the month.
