It was a heart breaker at the State B Track Meet over the weekend in Butte. Despite an awesome effort by the Lady Wolves, Glasgow came up 6 points ahead of them with a 2nd place finish in the 1600 Meter Relay (The last event of the meet). According to the Great Falls Tribune:

Glasgow had to overcome a gutsy effort by Cut Bank senior Deni Fitzpatrick, who despite shin problems won both the 100 and 200 meters for the fourth straight year, ran the third leg on the Wolves' first-place 400 relay team, placed second in the 100 hurdles, and took third in the 300 hurdles. "Her shins were bothering her. It's the fourth week we've been trying to nurse her through it," Meuchel said. "She ended a stellar career for us."
