Several years back, I shared one of the most wonderful "Montana Books" ever up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby. I still vividly remember & fondly recall the book to this day...it was Nedra Sterry's "When The Meadowlark Sings." The late Nedra Sterry was Rick Sterry's mom, & now I find myself reading & sharing Rick's "Blizzard of '32" Tuesday evenings during Montana History at the Heritage. I'll be up there at 6 o'clock SHARP tonight (Tuesday) to continue on with "Blizzard of '32." We'll be starting chapter 21 this evening & while anxious to continue on with the story, hate to see it end so soon. It's been a blast reading the "Blizzard of '32", & looking forward to seeing you this evening at the Marias Heritage Center for MORE Montana History...Montana stories BY Montana authors. It doesn't get any better out here in under our Big Sky!
