Never Too Cold For Council

Our Shelby City Council operates similar to the dependable mailman...rain, hail, sleet, snow, etc! Council meets tonight (Monday) at 7:30 SHARP up at Shelby City Hall. On tonight's agenda will be the Bi-Weekly Payroll Report from December & the Annual Financial Report pertaining to the Fire Department Relief Association. Speaking of the Fire Department...appointment of the 2015 Fire Department Officers will take place this evening. Included will be Chief Ron Buck, Asst. Chief Todd Howell, Captain Rob Habets, & Lieutenants John Postma & Justin Nelson. Doyle Arves is the President, Vice President is Michael Howell. Joe Pehan's the Treasurer & Rob Habets will serve as Secretary. The American Tower Lease extension is also on tonight's roster. Get involved, attend a Shelby City Council Meeting & have a voice in our city government.
