No Port In THIS Storm!

The Port of Whitlash is CLOSED today (Thursday) due to BLIZZARD conditions! In a "missive" issued this morning, The U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations informs travelers the Port of Whitlash is officially CLOSED today. Due to current weather conditions, & expected ADDITIONAL snowfall, the port "may" remain closed through this Saturday. We'll keep you updated on KSEN AM 1150 & KZIN FM K 96, & I'll be keeping you posted on my Puffman Blogs. CBP advises travelers to telephone the Port at 432 5522, BEFORE traveling to the port in order to ensure that it IS open. The Port of Whitlash is located on Whitlash Road, across from the Canadian port of Aden, Alberta, about 35 miles east of the Port of Sweetgrass.
