 * AT 1150 AM MDT...RAINFALL AMOUNTS RANGING FROM ONE QUARTER INCH TO ONE INCH HAVE FALLEN SO FAR THIS MORNING. ADDITIONAL AMOUNTS OF   

   ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON ARE ANTICIPATED.

 * THIS STEADY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE SOME STREAMS TO SPILL OUT OF THEIR BANKS...AND RAPID RISES ON RIVERS ARE POSSIBLE. IT MAY ALSO CAUSE LOCAL FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IN URBAN AREAS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

 * CLOSURES OF LOCAL RURAL ROADS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

 * RAINFALL INTENSITY IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE BY MID AFTERNOON...WITH RAINFALL LIKELY ENDING BY LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING.
