With March Madness breathing right down our necks, are you getting ready to take part in your office’s annual bracket contest?

If you aren’t prepared to take part in an office pool for the Big Dance, maybe you should rethink that. A new survey reveals that March Madness may actually be good for your office. When managers were asked what type of effect office pools had on morale, one in five said it had a somewhat or very positive effect, while only one in 20 said it had a negative effect.

The way we see it, putting a little money down on one of those squares or filling out a bracket or two might just bring you closer to your co-workers.
