(SHELBY) – A SHELBY MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH FELONY D-U-I AFTER ROLLING HIS VEHICLE ON THE FRONTAGE ROAD JUST OUTSIDE SHELBY LAST NIGHT.

            EMERGENCY RESPONDERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MARIAS RIVER ELECTRIC ALL RESPONDED TO THE ACCIDENT DURING THE EVENING HOURS.

            MARIAS RIVER CREWS WERE CALLED TO FIX A CABLE THAT HAD BEEN DAMAGED FROM THE WRECK.

            THE FRONTAGE ROAD NEAR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL SITE WAS BLOCKED FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND A WRECKER HAD TO PULL THE VEHICLE UP THE SIDE OF A HILL.

            THE DRIVER, IDENTIFIED AS STEPHEN YOUNGERMAN, WAS CHARGED BY THE MONTANA HIGHWAY PATROL WITH FELONY D-U-I.

            YOUNGERMAN WAS NOT SERIOUSLY INJURED AND HE WAS TAKEN INTO THE CUSTODY OF THE TOOLE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT.
