Mary Ann Wilson, a registered nurse who's nationally certified by the American Council on Exercise, has put together this video series that includes a full body workout designed to strengthen, stretch & improve overall functioning of the body. Upbeat & lively is what it's all about (much like the Puffman Show!) & it features a variety of fun movements & music. Each 27 minute episode includes a full body workout designed to strengthen, stretch & overall functioning of the body. These "Seated" versions of the standing exercises are demonstrated by Mary Ann's daughter Gretchen Wilson Paukert.
