Splash Park Fundraising Strong

Shelby Mayor Dr. Larry Bonderud notified us this morning that donations for the Shelby Splash Park have already reached $17,000.  Approximately $30,000 is needed to provide more of the "toys" for the park, so the City is well on its way to being able to purchase those "toys" and have them in place by next year.

KSEN helped raise over 300-hundred dollars on the air this morning, selling off some Grizzly tickets donated by Pat and Cecily Simons and Greg and Peggy Taylor.    Thanks for the help.   Also, Dr. Bonderud donated some Bobcat tickets. for the opener on Sept. 3rd.
