			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>KSEN got word this week that there will be an official dedication of the new rest area on the east side of Conrad.   The event will take place at 10:30 Monday morning Dec. 3rd.   I was also told by Mick Johnson with the State Department of transportation that the rest area near Dutton, not only will not be taken away but will be remodeled with new lighting, ramps for handicap access and other improvements</p>
