Teton County Burn Permits Available Online

Teton County requires citizens to obtain a burn permit and activate the permit before they do any open burning.

The Teton County Burn Permit service (click HERE) is available now and will provide citizens with instant access to county burn permits.

The Teton County Burn Permit and Notification Service allows citizens to purchase and activate burn permits for valid addresses within the county. The following locations have internet access available to purchase your own permit using a credit/debit card or electronic check:  Teton County Clerk and Recorder's Office in Choteau, Fairfield City Office and the Dutton Library.  .  Burn Permits cost $10 and are good through December 31.
