Publisher's Weekly says "This gripping account is proof that truth can be stranger--& far more disturbing--than fiction" & I agree. I'm currently reading John Glatt's "The Prince Of Paradise: The True Story of a Hotel Heir, His Seductive Wife, & a Ruthless Murder" & John will be joining me long distance live from New York City this afternoon (Friday) at 4:30 on the Puffman Show. The book's from what I like to call "The Home Of True Crime", St. Martin's Press & was just released last month! I read tons of "true crime" & this one is the BEST that I've read in years. In "The Prince Of Paradise", celebrated true crime author John Glatt recounts the gilded childhood of Ben Novack Jr., who grew up in the 16th floor penthouse of the luxurious Fontainebleau, surrounded by the world's biggest stars, including Frank Sinatra & Elvis Presley. Ironically, his lavish, celebrity-studded lifestyle would end in another hotel room-a thousand miles away from the one where he grew up-when police found him bound up in duct tape & beaten to death. "The Prince Of Paradise" follows the highly publicized investigation into his death, culminating in his former wife's guilty verdict in June of 2012. I guess what I am taking out of this potboiler is..."Don't marry an ex-stripper, especially if you have bucks-it's can be downright dangerous to your overall health"! Author John Glatt has appeared on television & radio programs all over the world including "Dateline NBC", "Fox News, A Current Affair", BBC World News", & "A & E Biography".You can visit John at www.johnglatt.com & the guy's has a terrific website!  I'm more than looking forward to chewing the fat with this New York Times bestselling author this afternoon on the Puffman Show. Some real crime stuff for all you crime buffs! I'm Puff.
