BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Law enforcement officers in northeastern Montana have arrested three people suspected of transporting several pounds of marijuana on an Amtrak train. The Billings Gazette reports Roosevelt County officials received a tip that a passenger had a warrant out for his arrest in North Dakota. Sheriff Freedom Crawford says David Koepke of Reno, Nev., was arrested Saturday near Mondak and jailed on $100,000 bail. Crawford says officers found at least two pounds of marijuana in his luggage. And on Oct. 2, deputies responded to a call that a man and woman were walking along the tracks east of Poplar. Officers arrested Morris Hayden and Amberly Dobbins for obstructing an officer after they refused to answer questions. About seven pounds of marijuana was found in their baggage.
