Unbelievable…and Heart Breaking

I wish that I could attach this article but the best that I can do is give you the link.  I read this article off of a friend's facebook page and I am in total shock! The woman calls 911 because she is in danger and the dispatcher pretty much says, "too bad we are short staffed".  Funny how they have enough law enforcement to send someone to catch the guy who ended up sexually assaulting the caller, but they didn't have enough at the time she called.  I am appalled that law enforcement put out a press release warning domestic violence victims to "consider relocated to an area with adequate law enforcement services" according to the link below.  Click on the link and read the article...see for yourself....
