We’re Going To The Sun

Our infamous Going-to-the-Sun Road is now OPEN &this Monday afternoon at 4:30, world famous author & native Montanan Bill Yenne (his name rhymes with penny!) will be joining me on the Puffman Show to talk about his latest book, "Going-To-The-Sun Road" from Arcadia Publishing. Bill's a friend of mine & a great, great writer. He's appeared in numerous documentaries that have appeared on the History Channel, Smithsonian Channel & National Geographic Channel. He recently appeared in one being filmed in & around Glacier National Park by ARD German Television. Bill grew up within a half mile of the Going-to-the-Sun Road & has traveled all or part of it hundreds of times over the course of 6 decades. His father was supervisor of back country trails in Glacier for 2 decades & for much of that time, he also had the same responsibility for the park's roads, including the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
