Winter weather causes travel problems and school closures

Due to the severe winter weather, Sunburst School Principal Dan Nau says Sunburst has already made the decision to close schools tomorrow (Tues. Dec.3rd).  Interstate 15 from 4 corners to Sweetgrass had very poor visibility and whiteout conditions thru much of the area late Monday afternoon.   Other roads in the Golden Triangle were reporting the same thing and the Highway department called the conditions North of Shelby "severe."

One fatal crash occurred West of Great Falls early Monday afternoon. There were 4 vehicles involved, one of them traveling west and the other three traveling East.    The name of the victim has not been released and  the accident remains under investigation.
