Arbor Day’s On The Way To Shelby & Clean-Up Too!

Arbor Day's coming up on Friday, the 25th. My gosh, that's only 3 weeks away! Shelby Spring Clean Up, will kick off on Monday, the 14th. Please have your landfill items placed on the city pick-up list. ALL those items will be picked up the the following Monday, the 21st, through Thursday, the 24th. Thanks to YOUR care, concern & commitment, Shelby's been officially named a "Tree City USA, for some 23 years! Hats off to all our Shelby city employees, local organizations & businesses, students & individuals like YOU! Let's all continue to make Shelby, a GREAT place to live & work. As I like to say, "It may be hard by the yard, but it's a cinch, inch by inch." My office desk serves as a real testament to that!
