Caregiver Respite Retreat

MSU Extension Healthy Aging, will be presenting a Caregiver Respite Retreat, tomorrow (Thurs) at the Best Western Plus Great Northern Inn, on 1st Street, in Havre. Thursday's retreat will run from 10 to 3, & it's FREE! Registration's required with each caregiver receiving a $100 Visa gift card to help cover costs of caregiving in their absence or for their own self-care.
