Gary Goodan's reporting today the possibility of snow in Shelby, this Sunday. The City of Shelby Newsletter, points out that several slip & fall incidents have already happened due to ice & snow accumulations on our city sidewalks. Worse yet, ONLY 30% of the Shelby sidewalks are being shoveled in compliance with the city ordinance that states, "It shall be the duty of the owner of ANY
