State Class B Boys Bracket

The Fairfield Eagles are bringing home the 2011 State Class B Girls Basketball Trophy from Butte after a 46/37 win over the Malta M-Ettes. The State A Boys Champion is Columbia Falls. The State A Girls tournament was won by the Butte Central Maroons. The State C Girls title went to Saco-Whitewater.

The Cut Bank Wolves adn the Malta Mustangs survived morning action in Shelby on Saturday and will meet in the consolation match at 6:30.  That game will be followed by the championship game featuring the host Shelby Coyotes and the Wolf Point Wolves...

Fairfield and Malta will meet Saturday evening for the State B Girls Title. The state tournament (Class A Boys and Girls, Class B Girls and Class C Girls) scores and brackets are up to date, check them out after the jump:

Fairfield defeated Malta 49/45 in the Championship of Northern B Girls, Glasgow defeated the Choteau Lady Bull Dogs in the consolation game 42/34.  Malta will have to survive a Glasgow challenge to make the trip to state.  That game will be at the Malta High School on Monday night...
