Sneaking Candy Are You?

You won't have to sneak, there'll be treats by the ton on 1st street in Chester, on Halloween eve. Come NEXT Friday night, the 31st, there'll be plenty of treats on First Street from 5:30 to 6:30. Don't worry about a thing, the one way will be closed to allow organizations, businesses or individuals to set up & hand out the candy, prizes and/or treats. BOO! When it comes to Halloween eve under the Big Sky, Chester's going to be downright SPOOKTACULAR.
