Glacier County Surveys Are Due!

Logan Health-Cut Bank, & the Glacier County Health Department, remind those of you in Cut Bank, & Glacier County, who've received the Community Health Needs Assessment Survey, to get those surveys in by next Friday, the 12th. Don't worry about a thing...your responses will be used to assist in identifying local community needs, use of local healthcare services & overall community health needs.
