Hee Haw Returns On Saturday Night

Not the old TV show, but Donkey Basketball! Donkey Basketball returns to Shelby THIS Saturday night at 6 o'clock SHARP with teams comprised of our FFA, fireman, wrestlers & basketball players. ALL team players have been training extensively for Saturday evening's event. The donkeys don't have to "train," it's naturally in their DNA. Local donkey sports officials will be strictly ENFORCING the rules AGAINST players abusing the donkeys in ANY shape, fashion or way. However, no such rules apply to the donkeys if THEY abuse their riders. They can't help it...it's that "DNA thing" again. Tickets are available NOW from any FFA member and/or the Shelby High School office. Don't worry about a thing...there "should" be tickets available at the door Saturday night too. Hats off & a SHOUT OUT along with a "Tip of R Towers" to our Shelby FFA for sponsoring Saturday night's Donkey Basketball over at Shelby High School! If things don't work out well, we'll probably be enjoying some "Donkey Burgers" right after the games...
