Help Stamp Out Hunger

THIS Saturday, our Shelby Post Office along with the National Association of Letter Carriers will be conducting their 27th annual "Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive." Shelby & Toole County customers are urged to leave their non-perishable food donations in a bag near their mail box on Saturday, BEFORE their letter carrier arrives.While ALL non-perishable  donations are welcome, foods that are high in protein such as canned tuna, salmon, beans & peanut butter are most needed. Canned fruits & vegetables, whole-grain, low-sugar cereals, macaroni & cheese dinner & 100% fruit juice also top the list of most needed. All the food collected this Saturday in Shelby & Toole County will be delivered to our local community churches, food banks & food pantries.
