MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — Rick Hill and Steve Bullock debated abortion and gay rights in their fourth meeting in the campaign for Montana governor. In their most lively exchange last night, Bullock said he believes government should not be involved in decisions best left to a woman, her doctor and her family. Hill says he opposes abortion but would support moderate measures instead of an outright ban. Both Hill and Bullock say they oppose discrimination based on sexual orientation, but Hill says he would not support making such discrimination a hate crime. Hill and Bullock met in Missoula in their second debate in two nights.
