I Love The Smell

This Sunday will be like doing some "armchair traveling" to the Nordic countries. The Trinity Lutheran Church down in Choteau will be holding one of the infamous lutefisk, Swedish meatball dinners! The grub will be on the platters & the aroma will be in the air from 12:30 until 3 at the church. LUTEFISK: It's good, & it's GOOD for you. I tend to believe that lutefisk acts like fizzy tabs on your digestive system...
