What Are The Friendliest Towns In Montana?

Right after graduating from broadcasting school, I packed up and headed to Montana as a 22-year-old.

I came out here with nothing but a suitcase and a job offer. Being scared and completely on my own doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Finding Friendship In Montana

Luckily, I ended up working with some incredible people, people who are still some of the kindest and closest friends I have today. If it weren’t for their friendliness, I’m not sure I would’ve made it out here under the Big Sky.

And honestly, if I hadn’t met so many welcoming folks, I probably wouldn’t have met my wife or started my family, so I’ve got a lot to be thankful for when it comes to how genuinely friendly Montanans are.

Now, I’m not saying everyone here is sunshine and rainbows. Montana has its fair share of grumps, just like anywhere else. But even the grumpy ones can surprise you and be downright neighborly when someone needs help.
