I'm not sure I would have picked this town as the most romantic town in Montana, but it wasn't up to me.

The website Honeymoon Always asked 3,000 couples what lesser-known romantic destination they would like to visit, and that's how this town made the list.

While we here in Montana might not think of it as romantic, personally, I love this small town and can see the appeal for those looking for a romantic getaway.

The Most Romantic Town In Montana Is....

Actually there are TWO towns in Montana that made the list of the most romantic places in America.

Coming in at #65 is Big Sky which shouldn't surprise a lot of people, it's a place like we talked about at the start of this article. It was built as a place for romance and to pull in tourists.

The real surprise was that Fort Benton was ranked as the #52 most romantic town in America.

There is so much history in Fort Benton as it's considered to be one of the oldest towns in the state, and now it's also the most romantic as well.
