The holiday season is in full swing and Santa is looking over his naughty and nice list one last time before he makes his rounds around the planet.

But, how good have the people been in Montana? Are we on the right list this year?

Is Montana On The Naughty or Nice List?

Right off the bat, let's just say it: there are plenty of reasons for Montana to be on the "nice list." From the beautiful scenery to the engine driving America that are Montana's farmers and ranchers, Montana's positive impact and output is a direct result of the amazing people that live here.

Now, as we're all aware, no one or anything is perfect. Everyone and everything has its flaws and there's nothing wrong with that.

Recently, the folks over at 24/7 Tempo looked at every state in the country to see how "dishonest" they were. To determine the criteria, they checked Google searches from 100,000 inhabitants in each state, looking for the search terms "tips on lying", "how to bluff", and "Ashley Madison."

The study also included each state's percentage of divorces and each state's "integrity score."

Surprising Takeaways From The List Of Most Dishonest States

The list we'll be sharing with you includes Montana and surrounding relevant states. Among the things that stand out, at least to me, is how "honest" California ranks with a ranking of 50.
