FBI: Violent Fugitive Could Be in Montana

Keep your eyes peeled! Authorities are asking Montanans to keep a lookout for wanted fugitive who could be lurking around the state of Montana.

It's pretty crazy too considering how far he would have to travel if he is in Montana and right now, authorities believe he could be.

FBI Most Wanted in Montana

As I was scrolling through social media, I came across a post from the FBI office in Billings alerting their followers about a wanted fugitive that could be in Montana.

"Help #FBI Atlanta find Ronald Watson, who may be moving around several states, including Montana," the post said.

Who is Ronald Watson and what did he do to get the attention of law enforcement?

ICE Building Attack

According to the information shared from the FBI, Watson is wanted for "his alleged involvement in the attack on the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) building located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia, during the summer of 2020."

Authorities say that just before midnight on July 25, 2020, protestors gathered around an ICE building in Atlanta. Officials say that right around that time, a group of rioters dressed in dark clothing armed with "rocks, cinder blocks, modified fireworks, Molotov cocktails, lighter fluid bottles, and other materials" to cause more than $78,000 in damages.

Authorities believe Watson was one of the people in this group who took part in the rioting.

How to Spot Ronald Watson

Watson is described as being 5'11, 134 lbs. with brown hair, brown eyes, and tattoos that consist of "a woman plowing and a fish skull fence on his left arm, and three faces on his right arm."

Authorities say he is known to dress in women's clothing and possibly alter his appearance.

Officials believe he has ties to Portland, Oregon, and Atlanta, Georgia.
