According to Bruce Auchly of the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks, FWP recently found Craspedacusta sowerbyi, a freshwater species of jellyfish in an artificial pond on an abandoned golf course near Great Falls.  The tiny creatures (about the size of a penny)  are actually from China, but had been found in all of the lower 48 states other than Montana, North and South Dakota.  They probably hitched a ride on ornamental plants.
