KSEN/K96 Athlete of the Week
Our KSEN/K96--Bozeman Trophy Athletes of the Week turned in huge performances in their individual sports this past weekend.
Our Female Athlete of the Week turned heads all over the state with scoring and rebound numbers in two games. CJI Sophomore, Brynn Kammerzell scored 30 points and had 13 rebounds on Friday night. If that wasn't enough, she came back on Saturday with 35 points and 14 rebounds and obviously CJI came up with two victories. Kammerzell has been a varsity player since her 8th grade year and has already been named an All-State player in Volleyball and it looks like multiple basketball picks are coming as well.
Our Male Athlete of the Week is well Known to the Golden Triangle as a State Wrestling Champion a year ago at 170-pounds and finished 2024 with a 48-1 record. Senior Chris Graham is starting the 2024-25 season in the same fashion. Chris has not lost a match yet this year and last weekend won the Championship at the prestigious CMR Holiday Invitational. Graham, wrestling at 175 this year, won 5 matches, 3 of them by pin and took the Championship at a tournament that is every bit as competitive as the State Tournament. Graham is also a talented QB for the Conrad Football team.
Congratulations to our KSEN/K96--Bozeman Trophy Athletes of the Week, sophomore Brynn Kammerzell of the CJI Hawks and senior Chris Graham of the Conrad Cowboys. The Athlete of the Week is sponsored locally by McDonald's in Cut Bank. McDonalds honors our Athlete's with two free value meals each.
